Kibble & Prentice Acquires RA Bench

Kibble & Prentice, a USI company, today announced it has acquired RA Bench, a leading wealth and risk management firm through USI’s parent company USI Holdings. The transaction benefits both companies’ clients by combining RA Bench’s existing executive benefit and wealth management services with Kibble & Prentice’s personal and commercial investment, insurance and risk management services. Together, Kibble & Prentice Private Client Services is now one of the largest independent investment management firms in the Northwest.
